BOUTIQUE BEAUTY POLICY
BOOK NOW ~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARRIVAL
Please ensure to arrive to your scheduled appointment time as close as possible (not too early) with clean/makeup free eyes, lashes and brows (no makeup at all if you are having any facial service). If you fail to arrive without makeup on, then the appointment will incur an additional $10 cleaning fee for the extra time spent. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. This is simply because our schedule is mostly back to back bookings. We thank our clients for so much support that we are this busy!
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. You can reschedule online via the booking system.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or no show, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. Please note that a no show is classed as anything more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time. A 50% deposit for all appointments will be required at the time of booking, this will go towards the cost of treatment at the time of appointment unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect time set aside especially for you and to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, and give you our full and undivided attention.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. These appointments will incur an additional fee, being 25% cost of the service booked. After hour appointments are not guaranteed, but please contact us directly via 0439 805 454 to check availability.
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
TREATMENT TIMES
Treatment times on the Boutique Beauty website are indicative only and dependent on each individual. However, every effort is made to complete the treatments within these timeframes.
CHILDREN
Please attend your appointment alone when possible. In the event you do need to bring any children with you, please let us know prior to your appointment. Please ensure they have adequate entertainment for the duration of your appointment. Children must remain in the salon at all times where you can supervise them. Due to the nature of the salon, please explain to any children that they must not touch any items in the salon, in the event your child damages anything within the salon (even by accident), understand that you will incur the cost of the item for replacement.
ANIMALS
Here at Boutique Beauty, we have a Service Dog that may be around during your appointment. Honey is a large breed dog, but is very friendly and has passed all Government Public Access Training, giving her access to all the places that the general public can go. Please ask to ensure it is okay before giving Honey attention, as she is working, even without a jacket on.
